Ms. Clark is an associate in the firm’s Business Restructuring & Bankruptcy Department. Ms. Clark’s practice focuses primarily on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency issues, representing a wide array of clients, including trustees, debtors and creditors.
Ms. Clark served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James C. Mahan of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. She also served as an extern to the Office of the City Attorney for the City of Las Vegas, Nevada. While attending law school, she volunteered as a trained mediator with the Clark County Neighborhood Justice Center.
Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Clark enjoyed a career in marketing and sales with TRIRIGA, Inc. (as acquired by IBM, Inc.), a leading provider of real estate lifecycle management and environmental sustainability software.
