Mr. Hone is a shareholder in the firm's Litigation Department and Entertainment & Sports Department. He focuses his practice on business litigation, as well as sports and entertainment law, representing clients in commercial, contract and securities disputes. Mr. Hone represents major sports promoters including Zuffa, LLC d/b/a The Ultimate Fighting Championship and Top Rank, Inc., nightclub operators, Nevada gaming licensees, developers and real estate industry clients.
Mr. Hone also has considerable construction law experience representing contractors, owners, design professionals, suppliers and material men in construction claims and disputes, bid protests, contract preparation, claims avoidance and claims preparation. Mr. Hone has lectured on, and written about, a variety of topics involving construction law, as well as design professional responsibility.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Hone was affiliated with Beckley Singleton (2004-07) and Lewis and Roca (2007-11). Prior to his relocation to Nevada, he practiced law in Boise, Idaho, with Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley.
Several attorneys from the Las Vegas office of Gordon Silver were recently recognized in “Mountain States Super Lawyers” magazine’s annual survey of lawyers.
