Ms. Pilatowicz is an associate in the firm’s Business Restructuring & Bankruptcy Department. Ms. Pilatowicz's practice consists of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and complex insolvency including representation of trustees and corporate debtors.
Ms. Pilatowicz previously represented creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, represented landlords in landlord/tenant disputes, and handled general litigation. Prior to joining the firm she was at Jolley, Urga, Wirth, Woodbury & Standish.
Teresa M. Pilatowicz joined Gordon Silver Attorneys and Counselors at Law in Phoenix as an associate.
